Project ACE
Foster Care Stories
Documentary is one of the best ways to spread important information. What is happening to the foster community is of the upmost importance. No child deserves to enter adulthood without support.
No child deserves to grow up with the odds "against" them.
EDUCATION
Through Project ACE | Foster Care Stories docu-series, and our social media outlets, we educate the public about the child welfare system and effects of ACE's.
We also work to teach ongoing internet safety to all TechConnect recipients, education being at the forefront of our mission.

HOP INTO ACTION DRIVE
"Hop into Action" is our Spring collection to bring Easter to Foster Youth.
Through donations from our community, we will pack Easter Baskets, and Easter Eggs to host an Easter Egg Hunt for a local group home.
Special thanks to the Heartland Food Bank for supporting this collection drive, as well as our individual donors.
THE DOCUMENTARY PROCESS
We are currently in Pre-Production for Project ACE | Foster Care Stories.
Pre-Production entails finding interview candidates, planning filming, budgeting, finding crew, and preparing for all other related filming. In the meantime, we are promoting our outreach programs and building our community.
Whether your story involves being in foster care, working within the system, first-hand knowledge of ACE's, being part of a related organization, etc- we are looking for any stories and perspectives to share from child welfare.
TECH CONNECT PROGRAM
We have partnered with
Heartland for Children and the
Aeras Foundation for our FIRST EVER TECH CONNECT cycle! We are bringing 20 MacBooks to transition-age foster youth to help them apply for jobs, work remote jobs, and attend school.
As one of our core values is EDUCATION, we are proud to bring this opportunity to qualifying youth in Florida's Circuit 10 and hope to grow the program beyond Central Florida in years to come.
THANK YOU for your donations of Halloween Costumes and Decorations for youth in foster care in 2025. Donations of lightly used or new costumes allow local youth in out-of-home care to choose their festive fit and feel included in the spooky season.
Donations of decorations will be used to throw group home Halloween parties. We helped Polk County based group homes "Serenity Homes" throw their annual Halloween bash with circus themed decorations, snacks, and party supplies to support a really fun night of normalcy.
Our goal with our collection drives is to bring Positive Experiences to counteract the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE's) youth in foster care are exposed to.
More positivity, more support, more normalcy.
We collected and routed over $3500 worth of Halloween costumes and decorations for foster youth in 2024, and collected even more after the holiday for 2025.
These donations were routed to youth in Circuits 9 and 10, through partner organizations including: Fostering Kindness, ECHO Ministries, and IMPOWER FL.
